These documents were provided to us from BSB and SunTel when we set up phones for several different districts and the county. We did not make these documents but have uploaded for easy reference and for your convenience. Both of these documents can be used for either model of phone, the major difference between the two is that the MiTel5330 can store up to 3 pages of pre-programmed keys.
